This customer approached us looking for an entry level pallet wrapping machine to wrap incoming imported products they were palletising. As their amount of pallets was suporadic and rather low overall, we recommended our entry level pallet wrapping machine. The Eva XF-2010.

The customer had an older workforce and wanted to avoid them manual pallet wrapping, the Eva will make sort work of pallets.
Its main specifications are:
- 1500kg capacity.
- 2200mm wrapping height
- 1650mm diameter turntable.
- Automatic height detection
- Multiple adjustable wrapping parameters
We supplied this machine with a ramp to make use of a pallet jack and improve warehouse efficiency. Our machine is also supplied with a 1650mm diameter turntable so the export pallets, chep and loscam pallets wont overhang the turntable and damage the ramp like European speced machines with 1500mm diameter turntables. While the Eva XF-2010 is made in Italy, we make the necessary upgrades required to wrap AU pallets nicely.
The Eva also features a new function, “function 62” this is a new feature where at the end of a cycle the carriage raises upwards 500mm making it easier for users to cut the film off and reattach it to the pallet, as it reduces the need for them to bend over when reattaching film. But this fucntion can be turned off and on for users wanting a faster throughput of pallets.
The machine is supplied with our Australian made machine stretchwrap HAE23 500MM X 1520M X 23UM EXOTEK EVOLUTION PALLET WRAP, its an except pallet wrap for his heavier goods and available at an affordable price been made on a new high speed extruder.
The customer was quite urgent for delivery, we invoiced this machine on Monday, Delivered it Tuesday and had our technician set it up early Wednesday morning in time for a 40ft container they had arriving.
