NEW WEBSITE AND BRAND

We have launched our new online store and Brand MPS @ MPSPACK.COM.AU   This is where you can find our most up-to-date product listing.

  • Pricing advertised is retail rate for retail customers.
  • There is currently no option for account customers to buy at a discount through the website.

You will find some of our branding and letterheads have changed, please note there has been no change to ownership of the company or ABN.

 All details otherwise remain the same.

Change to some operations

In reviewing our operations. We’re making a few changes as follows.

Addition of Credit card surcharge


In reviewing our operational overheads and costs, rather than implement a price increase that would affect all customers, we have implemented a credit card surcharge, as we’re sure you’re aware most businesses charge this due to the costs of taking credit card payments. The Fee range is between 1.4% – 1.65%, we pass on only what the surcharge is.

We apologise for short notice and quick implementation.  Unfortunately, due to issues with our previous payment processors we had to make an immediate change and implement the surcharge at the same time.

Please note all surcharges are issued from the processor and are not seen on the invoice.

Addition of online payment processing

We have added the option to pay online, this is done through a portal on the TILL website. Where you can enter an invoice number the amount and pay online.  We will be notified instantly of your payment.  If you have an order awaiting dispatch. Our remote staff will no longer be able to take payments over the phone.  We are working on implementing this facility with a new processor.  At the moment our office staff will be able to take credit parts payments over the phone.

The link will be displayed on invoices, proformas and statements. For security we are not posting the link online. Please confirm the details with your regular account contact to confirm the information.

Change of business hours
Our operational hours have been 8-5pm for some time.  As we are primarily a wholesaler direct to businesscompany and we do not see the need to carry on with those hours therefore we will be changing our hours to 8am-4pm.

This will mean:

  • Our phone will switch to night mode at 4pm.
  • Our office will close at 4pm.
  • Our warehouse will close at 4pm for deliveries and pickups.

This will be effective as of the 21st of October.
