Well things have been a little quiet on in Victoria this week with the stage 4 Covid lockdown, but the rest of the country is still going. Earlier in the week we packed up this Italian Made Synthesi Pallet wrapper for transit to a food distributor in South Australia.

The customer was looking for a reliable but cost effective machine to overcome his manual pallet wrapping problems. This customer only wraps pallets upto about 800kg so the Synthesis 2000kg load rating will see him need minimal services as its running for under its maximum potential, but paying more upfront for a more heavy duty machine hes reducing his cost in the long run.
The Synthesi is a well equipped machine for its price range, it has an easy to use interface and easy to remember pictograms for adjustment of wrapping settings. though its interface users can:
- Switch between 3 easily programmable functions
- Adjust top and bottom wraps
- Adjust film applied through carriage speed
- Adjust turntable speed
- Adjust amount of overwrap / stretchwrap flange at the top of the pallet.
- Have a pause to apply top sheets
- Wrap with preset altimeter instead of automatic height detection, this is great for wrapping double stacked pallets to each other.
- Wrap in manual mode
- Change carriage reset point. (bottom or midway)
Like many of our customers ATM, this customer opted for one of our Australian Made lines of pallet wrapping, and why would you, its very competitive against imported films and offers high strength and puncture resistance. We supplied 2 rolls at no charge with the machine and shipped additional rolls over in the crate the customer ordered with no extra freight charge.
This machine was delivered and installed in Adelaide, South Australia by our technician there for well under $7000.00
