If you’re looking for the best bang for you buck Entry level machine for upto 20 standard height (1220mm) pallets a day , with fork load and unload consider our, Eva for upto 1500kg pallets or our Synthesi for upto 2000kg pallets.

What size pallets are you wrapping?
A standard machine with a 1500 diameter turntable is designed for Euro pallets. To fit a whole 1160mm x 1160mm pallet on a turntable you need minimum 1650mm diameter. This is especially important if you plan to use a pallet jack / ramp you load the machine. The Majority of the machines in our range all have a 1650mm diameter turntable. If you’re wrapping over 1200mm wide pallets we might be able to supply a wider turntable to accommodate 2400mm wide pallets.

See here for current range.  (Exclude XF-3000 for use with ramps)

What height pallets are you wrapping?
Most of the machines in our range will wrap upto 2200mm, including the pallet. They wont apply wrap any higher. If you need a higher wrapping machine, consider our XF-3111, XF-5003, or our automatic machine the XF-6000 as they come standard with 2500mm masts. Higher masts are available but are a special order.

What is the max weight you are wrapping?
Pallet weight is important; we need to make sure the machine can cope with the weight required. Our most basic machine the EVA can take upto 1500kg, all our other machines can take upto 2000kg.

If you’re wrapping pallets over 2000kg we can provide a custom solution on many of our above platforms.

What is the minimum height you plan to wrap?
The ideal height for pallet wrapping is min 400mm high, wrapping lower products will be possible but there maybe issues, let us know what the product is. And we can advise if a machine would be suitable for you.

What is the minimum weight you are wrapping?
if you’re wrapping very light loads this can be a problem for the machine, let us know and we have some options to cope, we can supply the machine with a “top pressor” plate or with a PPS unit, this is a very sensitive machine which can wrap lighter goods than your standard friction brake or force to load machine. Contact us for a price on a machine with a top pressor attachment. or see our range of PPS machines. Our XF-3111, XF-5003, or our automatic machine the XF-6000

How to do you plan to load the machine with pallets?
if its just with a ride on forklift, any machine is suitable. However, if you plan to use an electric forklift with front supports which isn’t a reach stacker or a pallet jack you might need to consider a ramp or another option such as a pit frame to put the machine into the ground or raised frame to allow the forklift supports in under the turntable.

See here for current range.  (Exclude XF-3000 for use with ramps/pallet jacks)

Approx pallets wrapped per week?
You want to make sure the machine is built for your volume, our Entry level Eva is suitable for upto 15 pallets a day, but if you want to wrap a high amount per day you should consider our Mytho machine. The mytho we equip as standard with a PRS(PPS) carriage, this allows users to get significant savings on stretchwrap used.

Are you wrapping over 3000 pallets per year?
If you’re wrapping 3000 pallets or more a year, the basic rule of thumb is you can save atleast $1500 a year by switching to a PPS type of machine over a standard machine, this gives users a high stretchwrap yield. If you can give us a exact figures of what you’re paying, the gauge of stretchwrap we can give you a more precise calculation of the amount of potential savings.

What is the product you are planning to wrap? Is it black or dark in colour?

The standard infra-red sensor for sensing the height of the goods might struggle to see black or darker colours, we can upgrade the sensor if this a problem. Any of our machines can be quipped with a black photo logic sensor upgrade.

What is the product you’re wrapping?
Letting us know exactly what is been wrapped will help us determine any problems.

Do you have a machine currently?
if you have a machine currently, send us a picture, we can review it and quoted our closest model and let you know the differences in how it will wrap or operate.

Knowing the above information we can make sure we can supply the correct machine to suit your application.
