The  XC1200 Air cushion machine is our entry level air pillow machine designed for smaller e-commerce and businesses looking to pack their product with air cushions. The XC1200 takes rolls of the pillows, inflates and seals them with air for use as packaging void fill. This means that the items you’re shipping will be protected during the transportation process.

The Pillows 

We have a range of air cushions to suit your application, air cushions protect sensitive and fragile goods in transport. They can be used to wrap products, fill voids, brace products in cartons and stop them from moving.

Air pillows are made from HDPE and are reusable and recyclable.

Intimate design

Concave convex shape is adopted at the lower part of the air outlet pipe to facilitate membrane penetration.

Automatic closing of roller

The pressing wheel of the machine can be opened and closed automatically without manual operation, and the operation is more intelligent.

Feed shaft guide bar

Easy to put into the coil, smooth and beautiful lines, not easy to fall off.

Teflon free tropical isolation

The outer side of the pressure roller adopts the design of non Teflon heat insulation belt, which is directly driven to reduce the consumption of vulnerable parts and save the cost. The XP1-100 pro uses a heat wheel to seal the pillows rather than wearing teflon belts.

How much void fill will 1 roll of film get me?
On our size 1 film for the XC1200, you will get around 1600L of space filled. its equivalent to about 4 bags of 400L Biofill.

Are the pillows biodegradable?
Our stock ones are not, but custom ones are available or volume purchases which include biodegradable.

How easy is it to change pillow sizes?
Its pretty easy, place the roll on the machine, feed it into the machine then its good to go.

Is pillows the best void fill option?
Pillows are one of the most presentable and cost effective void fill options.

What are the advantages of pillows over packaging peanuts?
The main advantage is pillows are on demand, 1 roll of pillows expands to over 13 bags of biofill, that’s literally a truckload(small truck) of space that one roll takes up prior to expanding. Pillows also look great. Also with air transfer technology they wrap around your product to preform a protective barrier capable of absorbing shock greater than other void fill options. Air cushions also unlike packaging peanuts means your product cant move once wrapped, preventing damage to the product.
