Product description

The strap cutter is designed to cut straps of plastic or metal with or without seals. Is has been designed for dimensions strap width
between 10 and 32 mm and strap thickness 0.1-1mm. However, the smallest dimension plastic strap and the largest dimension steel
strap cannot be cut with the same setting of the cutting gap.

The machine is built around a strong steel frame, which as standard is primed and coated to 80 my. The in-feed reels are made of high-quality tool steel, the reels are hardened and the driving reel also knurled. The rotating knifes, as well as the fixations, are made of tungsten alloyed steel and hardened to achieve maximum abrasive wear resistance. The knives are symmetrically made and have four knife-edges.As standard, the driving motor consists of a 0.55 kW 3-phase motor.

Turning of the rotating knife and the in-feed system are made over a belt transmission. The machine is ready to be connected to a wall
socket and is run over a push button cabinet, which also includes an emergency stop.
