What strap is this tensioner used for?
The PC100 is used on Woven strapping and composite strapping (also known as cord strapping).

What are the wearing parts in this tensioner?
The PC100 uses a new twin one way bearing design and no ratchet/spring system. The gripper may need to be replaced after prolonged use but given it is gripping soft woven or composite strapping it will last quite a while. The larger one-way bearing is the only part that we consider a main wearing part.

Do I need a sealer with this tensioner?
No since woven and composite strapping is designed to work with a buckle you will not need a sealer.
