FAQ

What strap is this tensioner designed to be used with?
This tensioner can be used with PET(Polyester) or PP(Polypropylene) strapping up to 19mm in width.

Is there a limit to how much strap this tensioner can take up?
Yes because it uses a windlass(winding) mechanism it can only take up as much strap that will fit between the windlass and the base off the tool, we recommend you take up as much slack in the strapping by hand first before applying tension.

Do I need other tools with this tensioner?
If you plan to use buckles you will only need a tensioner, but if you want to use seals you will also need a crimper/sealer appropriate for the strapping.
