Poly Tubing (polyethylene) can be cut to desired size to create bags or sleeves. We stock various sizes, so you can easily make your own sized bags or sleeves. Use with an impulse with a cutter heat sealer for quick cutting and sealing of the tubes. Our new range of black tubing protects items from view while also having increased UV protection as the sun cannon penetrate the through the black easily.

What is the minimum order quantity?
The min order quantity is 1 box, in this case 1 roll of 15kg each

How thick is 100um?
100um is equal to 0.1mm

How tough is 100um?
The 100um material is reasonably tough, it will be quite resistant to tearing. To put it into perspective, your avg sandwich bag is approx. 30-50um. This is double that.

What is the best way to seal poly tubing?
The best way  to seal polyethene tubing is to use an impulse heat sealer with a cutter, it allows users to create an airtight and clean seal. But some customers also use bag ties, cable ties, tape or staplers.

This size isn’t suitable do you have other sizes or colours available?
Yes we do, we have a range of clear available off the shelf, in a wide range of sizes and gauges. However other sizes and colours can be made upon request. We can also make gusseted tube, commonly requested colours are black, white, orange and yellow. Please contact us for a quote.  Lead times and MOQ on different colours would apply.
