About Composite strapping

19mm Composite Strapping is a lightweight, “OH & S” safe strap with no sharp edges and requires low tool maintenance. It’s a highly versatile product and can be used around small and large packs. Its versatility also allows you to strap obscure items, such as machinery or large parts to pallets. The smaller coil size is a further advantage to store on a forklift or in a truck for strapping fencing, scaffolding and pallet racking, by onsite teams, with no need for added corner protectors to avoid strap scratching the goods.

Our strapping has a UV coating to make it weather resistant in  the sun and for outside usage.

Composite strapping may also be known as Cord-strapping or fiberglass strapping, it has strings of poly on the inside and is laminated by a clear layer of poly giving it a smooth, soft and pliable finish that is soft to touch.

Composite strapping is great for rough environments or staff… where a battery powered PET tool maybe too costly or too risky. Composite tools are cheap to replace and easy to use, Manual composite tools also offer extreme tension capabilities.

Unlike many other strapping’s Composite only requires a single tool to use it, the tensioner. Its used with galvanized buckles to achieve a high amount of security on your goods.
