DOUBLE SIDED POLYESTER TAPE

Product Features:

• Very high quality 105 gsm white PE coated paper
• Has differential silicone release treatment for easy release
• Moisture stable
• Tape consisting of a 12 micron polyester coated with a solvent acrylic adhesive designed for permanent fixing, bonding and laminating applications
• High performance tape giving good peel and shear adhesion and the tape can be used to bond a wide variety of substrates
• Has good resistance to chemicals and UV light
• Clear in Colour

Applications:

• Suitable for a wide variety of general purpose applications, where a thin tape with good all round performance is required
• It is suitable for foam laminating and for bonding materials with a smooth even surface
• Can be used for light assembly and fixing applications and for boding flexible materials and fabrics

Technical data:

Surface Preparation:  
The surface on which the tape is to be used must be clean, dry and free from grease and dust. Remember that pressure sensitive adhesive must be applied with the maximum possible pressure in order to achieve maximum adhesion levels. The recommended application temperature is between 15 and 25 deg C.

Storage:
Tapes stored below the minimum application temperature will require warming up to that level before use. Up to 24 hours may be required for this to take place.
