DOUBLE SIDED RUBBER TISSUE TAPE

Product Features:

• High quality 105gsm
• White bleached Kraft paper coated liner with polyethylene with differential silicone release treatment
• Double sided tape consisting of a non-woven tissue
• 12gsm coated with a solvent rubber adhesive designed for fixing, bonding and laminating applications
• General purpose solvent rubber adhesive, with excellent tack and initial adhesion
• Rubber natural
• Translucent in colour

Applications:

• For joining and splicing in the paper industry where temperature constraints do not apply
• Laminating or bonding to rough or porous materials and certain low energy surfaces

Technical data:

Surface Preparation:  
The surface on which the tape is to be used must be clean, dry and free from grease and dust. Remember that pressure sensitive adhesive must be applied with the maximum possible pressure in order to achieve maximum adhesion levels. The recommended application temperature is between 15 and 25 deg C.

Storage:
Tapes stored below the minimum application temperature will require warming up to that level before use. Up to 24 hours may be required for this to take place.
