Product information:
P10 S bubble tubing is standard bubblewrap laminated with an additional layer of plastic on the bubble side of the bublewrap, creating a smooth surface on both sides, the bubblewrap is then formed into a continuous tube roll. Bubble tubing is great for packaging longer length items. as sliding them into the tube can be easier than wrapping.

It is standard type 4 LDPE, but typical recyclers might not make it.
