The Atlanta Stretch Pallet wrappers imported by Melbpack can be upgraded with a an auto cut attachment. Auto film cutting is useful for those who want to automate some of the process, but don’t want to pay big bucks for an automatic pallet wrapper

To equip a pallet wrapper with auto film cutting, you need to have a powered carriage version, basically anything besides the basic friction mechanical one. But we recommend putting it on the One prestretch, PRS or PS carriages.

Thanks to Atlanta stretches modular pallet wrapper design, this feature can be added after delivery.

Advantages:

• Can be bolted before or after delivery.

Why would I want a pallet wrapper with auto film cutting ?
To save time, a user doesnt have to come back and cut the film before taking it off the pallet. .

Can I still use the machine without the cutting device?
Yes you can, the auto cut fuicntion can be enabled or disabled.

Do you need to order a machine with this, What is the wait time?
Not at all, Atlanta machines are modular, we stock the cutter so weather you want the machine delivered with the cutter or you have an atlanta stretch machine already, we can arrange to have the machine equipped with auto film cutting.

What about wearing parts for this? Do I need to replace blades?
Yes the blades will wear out, however Atlanta’s designs always incorporate available and common parts, the auto film cutter takes blades you would find in warehouse utility knifes.
