E-commence packaging

Melbpack has a range of e-commerce packaging options for online retailers, yes we know the irony of this as we don’t operate an online store ourselves. Melbourne packaging is a volume importer & wholesaler. We develop custom price lists for customers and source other items you may need for your packaging or processing though our large supplier network and over 40 years experience in packaging.

Boxes
Our most popular item for e-commerce packaging is boxes. in a large range of sizes, boxes are cheap and provide excellent impact protection while goods are in transport. See more on our range of stock box sizes here. 

Boxes are made from recycled paper and cardboard, and are one of the more eco friendly options for packaging. Our standard material is the 3c/415C board grade. (they’re the same thing just think of them and the metric and imperial formats of show box board grades)

Courier bags
Courier bags are great for items which are not fragile or items can be wrapped in bubblewrap or paper for extra padding while in transport and then quickly placed into  courier bag for quick dispatch. Melbpack stock range of sizes in courier bags to suit your dispatch needs, see them here. 

Bubblewrap Padded bags
If your items need a ltitle more protection than the standard courier bags offer, our Bubblewrap bags maybe a good option for you. With a “tuff” coating on the outside and bubble wrap on the inside, they offer excellent puncture resistance and moderate padding. See our range of sizes here. 

Void fill
An important part of packaging is to make sure items cant move in their packaging, this prevents the items from being scratched or damaged due to movement or shock in transport. Melbpack have a range of void fill solutions including pillows, paper, biofill and bubblewrap. 

Our most exciting void fill is paper packaging, paper packaging is lightweight, recyclable, Home compostable and biodegradable, its has no downsides.

Bubblewrap
Bubblewrap is a popular item for wrapping and absorbing shock, it can be used as void fill too. Traditional  bubblewrap is becoming less favorable nowadays as companies wish to move away from single use plastics. thats where our new Kraft honeycomb paper bubblewrap comes in.
