The paper is a 70gsm kraft paper which offers high cushioning  and excellent compression performance to keep your goods secure and protected. Kraft paper is one of the lowest cost consumables for void filling goods. Kraft paper is 100% compostable and degradable making it a much friendlier solution over air pillows, bubblewrap or foam.

How cost effective is paper as void fill?
We will have more detailed info about this soon with exact litres comparison. However this will be very comparable in cost to fill per liter as air pillows or Biofill. It is far more cost effective than bubblewrap.

How much space will this expand to?
Once ran through the machine the paper will take-up approximately 10 times the space when flat.

Biofill is so costly to get to me, how does this product fare for transport to regional customers?
Because of its highly compact state prior to being ran though a machine and avg weight. Zfold paper will be easily and cost effectively transported to you.

Why is the paper perforated?
The paper is perforated so its easy to tear once crumpled if you need it in smaller pieces, its also a safety aspect so the paper easily breaks away if tangled.

Do you have the Zfold paper in 50GSM like competitors?
We don’t believe its necessary, the thicker the paper the less it can condense or be crushed, this in turn gives you better protection and value. so thicker paper gives better value for money for the amount of liters filled. dont think about how much it is per meter, think about how much the paper is going to fill.
