16MM H54L HELIOS STRAPPING TOOL is an inexpensive and reliable strapping tool designed for Polypropylene and Polyethylene (PET) Strap.

The HELIOS can quickly tension strap and weld it, in the press of just one button, saving considerable time over a manual tensioner and sealer or buckle. It is suitable for a wide range of vertical and horizontal strapping applications in all industrial sectors (pallet, construction materials, wood/panel board, paper, etc.) where it requires consistent strapping to secure the load.

The Helios is a legacy tool an is nolonger available for purchase, it has been superseded by the XST-46 Kronos.

Parts and repairs of the H45 Helios are still available for purchase, please see the attachment manual for the parts diagram if you wish to order parts. Otherwise customers can send the tool to us for repairs.
